Rob has had a long senior executive career in both New Zealand and Australia that has included over 20 years with Fletcher Building. He has also held chief executive roles in the aviation and retail sectors. He has since built a capability advising Boards and executive teams on various aspects of risk management and governance, leveraging both his operating experience across a mix of industries with his ten years as Fletcher’s Group Risk Manager and more recently, four years at Marsh.
Rob has an MBA from IMD in Switzerland and an honours degree in Commerce from the UNSW. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, RiskNZ and was a founding Director of RIMS Australasia Limited. Rob is a regularly invited to speak at risk conferences and has presented to both Institute of Directors New Zealand and Governance New Zealand seminars.
